I'm glad that you've made it this far visiting my homepage... and I hope you'll stick around long enough to get to know just a little bit more about my city and its surrounding tourism spots. I have been living here in Calgary for many years, Calgary is now my home. It is a good place to live and work. There are now 1.2 millions people live here. The Oil and Gas industries choose Calgary as its corporate headquarters. It's in the heart of the new west. Calgary is growing into a metropolis as more people start living in the inner city.

Calgary is the largest city in the Province of Alberta, Canada. It is located in the south of the province, in an area of foothills and high plains, approximately 80 km (50 mi) east of the front ranges of the Canadian Rockies. The city is located in the Grassland region of Alberta. It is well-known as a destination for winter sports and ecotourism with a number of major mountain resorts near the city and metropolitan area. Economic activity in Calgary is mostly centred on the petroleum industry; however, agriculture, tourism, and high-tech industries also contribute to the city's economic growth. In 1988, Calgary became the first Canadian city to host the Olympic Winter Games.
